Electric vehicle charging stations
Assignment:
More and more people are consciously opting for an electric car. And more and more companies have electric vehicles in their fleets too. This means that the demand for charging points is also increasing. GIEC took care of the electrical work and cabling for charging stations spread across the various car parks of a production site in Ghent.
Engineering and commissioning chemical site
Assignment:
GIEC provided the complete hardware engineering for a chemical plant:
- 70 DOL motors and 54 drives
- Total power of 10 000 kVA
- 1600 analogue and 3000 digital I/O and 6 CPUs
- 150 km cable
- 100 km boards
- Atex zones
Our team was also involved in commissioning: from the complete commissioning of the installation to the parameterisation of the drives and I/O testing on HMI's.
